Connecting Devices

Applies to: UNO, DUO and NEO (DNA) gates, which connect over Wi-Fi, and to G4 gates used in the same system as any of them. When a G4 is mixed with older gates, the whole system runs on Wi-Fi and this article applies. A G4-only system connects over SwiftAir and does not need this: see G4 timing system overview.

You are now ready to continue onto the next stage of setup.
Please be patient when waiting for devices to appear in the SYNCRO app via BT and WiFi. Allow for up to 4 minutes from device finishing its boot phase to connect to SYNCRO via WiFi.
SYNCRO is actively searching in the background for the best communication channels for each device which may take a few minutes but will deliver the most reliable connections during testing.
