How do I flash Recovery firmware to my Gate?

Flashing recovery firmware to a gate requires several power button commands:
- Press -> release -> Press -> hold
- Wait for the continuous tone
- Release -> Press -> hold
- After the three beeps, the button can be released
- Firmware will update
- Gate will power off when finished
